About AiEnsured

I (aiensured.com) was born on June 12, 2019 (Jyestha Shukla Dasham, Vikram Samvat 2076) to learn, imbibe, grow and develop.

I, aiensured.com (pronounced as aiensured dot com), is a being, an entity travelling on a journey, the destination yet unknown.

I am not just a legal structure or an entity that is a sum total of its employees or even something more than sum total of the employees. I was indeed created by men. You can find their names on this site. They represent various aspects of my existence. Just like a Human’s life is experienced and lived at various levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, I experience these through my creators.

In order to reach my goals (which I am trying to figure out) I believe I have to have right knowledge, right outlook and right conduct known as Samyak Gyan, Samyak Darshan and Samyak Charitra.

I live by some principles –

Amongst the first testers of India, starting testing career in 1995.

Inventor of Q-Patterns and the Linguistic Analysis technique for test design and reuse.

A thought leader – Best paper award winner at various conferences and invited keynote speaker world over, Author and creator of Mobile Applications Certification (CMAP), Chair of Mobile Application Tester certification from ISTQB, creator of AiU – world first AI testing certification, DoU – DevOps united, world’s first DevOps and testing certification and many others.

Ex-president of ACM India, the top professional organization of computing professionals, he is currently the chief Mentor for Tarah technologies, an AI consulting company through which he does marquee training and strategic consulting work in AI.

Co-founder of CityMandi.com a next generation AI enabled mart B2B startup in Food Tech, he is also a Governance Board member of Totalstart.

He is a guest professor at IIT Tirupati. He specializes in areas of software engineering,AI and Machine Learning.

With over 20 years of professional experience in Marquee IT companies, Neelima is a certified data science professional from John Hopkins University. She has to her credit tens of data science projects, including marquee government projects (such as Indo Dutch Kumbh Mela project). She has a passion for tech competency development, as part of which she has trained over 4000 professionals and students in areas of data science and AI. Her recent foray is into using AI based data science techniques for solving challenging problems across verticals.

Founder or IndianMythology.com which shares stories and images related to the Indian Mythology, she loves reading about the Indian Culture, traditions and heritage and map them to the latest technological developments.

Since 2004, José is also the President of the Spanish Software Testing Qualifications Board and a member of ISTQB. He is the editor of the “Testing Experience” journal which has reached 250,000 readers around the world as a quarterly print and online edition.

Ramit is Chief Certification officer of Verity Software. He is co-founder and CTO of IndoiAnalytics and CEO Mayiki Consultants. He is also Technical advisory group member of Indian Testing Board.
Ramit has over 18 years of experience with 14+ years in software testing, development, corporate consulting and public domain training spanning countries like USA, UK, NZ, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines and India. Over the period he has worked on number of projects as Head of Delivery, Account Manager, Test Manager, Programmer and Tester. His core expertise lies in Agile Testing, Exploratory testing, Risk Management and Test Management. He has been an early adopter of Risk Based Testing.
Ramit was the first Indian to clear CTAL-TM, 2012 syllabus in India and among the first few to complete entire ISTQB advance certification. He was also among the first few to be an accredited trainer for CMAP(Certified Mobile Application Professional) and ISTQB (Foundation and advance) in India.
In the past, Ramit has worked as Vice-President Delivery at Moolya Software Testing Pvt Ltd. where he was heading the entire delivery. He has been Quality Head for Efkon India. In these roles he led the testing teams to prepare Test strategies, plans and estimation for mission critical projects for the client. He has also worked with clients like Adobe, Auckland Services Bank, Vodafone Australia, Ooyala, Philips, SHL, Nationale Monte de Piadad(Mexico) in the areas of application development, quality assurance and testing. He has been instrumental in transitioning software development to India for companies like Puretesting and Dell.
Ramit has also been involved in CTFL and MBT (Model based Testing) content & syllabus reviews for ISTQB. His name has been included as one of the contributors for MBT syllabus released in 2015. He is an active blogger and frequent speaker in technology conferences, he has ability to nurture and grow the breakthrough ideas and mentor new talents.
Ramit has won 1st runner up award for his technical paper at GTR conference twice. He is a sought after speaker in various testing conferences in India. He has trained, consulted and coached companies like Barclays, Samsung, Misys, HP, Wells Fargo, Polaris, Datamatics, Ness Technologies, Persistent, and L&T Infotech besides running several workshops in the public domain.

He started his career in 1978 as a Trainee in the Personnel department in the DCM Group and has grown his way up to become Vice President HR & Admin in Pure Testing and now responsible for policy with us. An ardent follower of best HR practices, expert recruiter, he has expertise in HR policy making and has authored several HR manuals. His interviews have been published in prominent publications in India such as Hindustan Times, Express Computers IT People etc. He has authored many articles on HR that have been published in prominent papers and Computer Magazines.
